Year 11 students visited the World Museum in Liverpool as part of the Careers Work Experience Programme. Students received a ‘behind the scenes’ look at the role of an Antiquities Curator, a Marine Biologist and the Museum’s Registrar. The fascinating morning included the handling and cataloguing of ancient artefacts; an explanation of fish husbandry and an explanation of the planning behind the recent Terracotta Warriors exhibition. Thanks to all at the World Museum for giving our students this unique insight.
