• to increase confidence in exploring Higher Education and employment opportunities
• to successfully manage transitions from school to university and/or employment as well as future transitions

At Range Sixth Form we support our students in the following ways:

• One-to-one meetings with external Careers Adviser where appropriate
• Completion of an E-portfolio to track skill development
• Extensive support with university, apprenticeship and employment applications including timetabled careers’ sessions
• Support with Oxbridge applications
• Apprenticeship sessions
• Mock interviews
• Higher Education Conference – University of Liverpool
• Higher Education Evening including a session on student finance – delivered by a local Higher Education provider
• ‘Meet the Professionals’ Conference for all Year 12 students
• Twilight sessions with professionals supporting interest in different areas such as: healthcare, business, law, engineering
