On 28th February, 20 students set off for the annual overnight ‘Culture Trip’ organised by the Drama department. After checking in to their hotel they went on a ‘whistle-stop’ coach tour of London, followed by a meal at Planet Hollywood. Then it was off to the theatre to see ‘Matilda’. It was a fantastic production – the set design was amazing and the show was energetic and great fun. After a good night’s sleep the students went off to the Tate Art Gallery and then to the Harry Potter Experience. It was fascinating to see all the props, sets and costumes from the films. A great trip was had by all!
